Lemon balm is amazing for unwinding and calming the nervous! Try adding some fresh lemon & ginger to give it that extra immunity boost! Recipe: -Fresh (or dried) lemon balm, approx 3 tbs - 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger (my whanau like a lot so l added more) -3 slices of lemon -Sweetener of your choice (if your adding honey to allow the tea to steep and cool to a warm temp before adding your honey to allow the medicinal properties to stay 'alive') Add boiled water and allow to steep for 10-min.
