This is bizarre, the items in her cart can be bought on amazon. Requiring licence for this stuff is strange. I know the argument, the whole “to stop misuse” 🥴 blah, but it’s such BS. I can buy far worse things in HomeDepot. Hell, I can buy bleach and drain cleaner just about anywhere and “misusing” that would be far more dangerous. This has to be some money grab BS set up by beauty industry.
