The alcohol in the liquid formula is what causes the dryness. You can switch the mousse version if it starts to get on your nerves. 🤞🏾 You can also try putting on a water based serum after letting the minoxidil dry. I don’t recommend grease if you don’t clarify in between applications

Sis it’s the minoxidil residue when it dries up on your scalp over night. It gets worse the longer the days of your washdays are.

I use blue magic then apply the minoxidil. massage for about 10 to 15 mins then apply a headband scarf then regular scarf. Nizoral is the only shampoo that strips all the minoxidil out before I go on with my regular shampoo and conditioner. haven’t had any flaking since I started that routine..

Girl I asked Chat for us. It mentioned a few things but the two that stood out were 1. Lightweight leave-in moisturizer or 2. A hydrating mist with rose water or aloe Vera juice. Something water-based. I personally use aloe Vera juice for hydration.
