I love the comments from non wedding photographers 😂 like guys we aren’t using these memory cards like normal. We have to have so many backup methods and we rewrite these cards way more than the normal person who is keeping them for “ten years”

I mean you are sort of right, but I'd say maybe every 3 years but good God that's so many SD cards 😆 I could never, I'd lose them. Are you using a camera with dual slots and writing to both?

way too many SD cards for me. offload after shoot onto computer hard drive, second copy to backup NAS. Delete all from card.

I think sd card manufacturers came up with that. Also don't put them in foam. Static electricity can cause image loss. I have been using the same cards for years and never an issue.
