I have been biopsied and have Hashimoto’s. Absolutely all the same symptoms but also gain weight with healthy small meals and last 2 years joint pains too especially knees.

i found that washing with body wash that has oils in them and using a dry brush, has improved my dry skin like 98 %. I am super soft.
