The delivery people only deliver it, it’s up to you to get it in your house or space or wherever you want it that’s not up to the delivery people. This woman was wrong.

When ever I order stove/washer there are lot of ? And charges if there are stairs it’s an extra fee you want it hooked up fee you want old one removed fee so if I paid for stairs and or other stuff he is wrong but if she said no on everything then her fault

First place did she pay for inside delivery second she thinks she’s better than those guys and she just didn’t want to bring that in herself. She ordered it. She knew how big it was. It’s on her responsibility unless she paid for a inside delivery otherwise it goes into the garage or at the front porch that’s it no difference from UPS FedEx, Amazon front door delivery or don’t buy it at all.
