Our company specifically looks for candidates to follow the STAR method when they answer questions! It’s nice because it’s easier for the person interviewing to follow as well!

ChatGPT voice mode helped me with practice tremendously. Just ran through questions over and over again. It gives critical good feedback to your response. I memorized 5 STAR stories from my resume. Did the interview the next day and landed the job!

I wonder if younger people are not good at interviews because they do so little face to face communication. I read a posting where the commenters just pooh-poohed job apps that required a cover letter. Such an entitled attitude.
