you just have to follow the laws of the road. that's all he was saying that's the only reason you got pulled over you weren't speeding, you got pulled over because you probably passed him on a double solid yellow line and that's illegal because it could be dangerous to pass there due to oncoming traffic that's the whole point but if there's a dotted line like a broken yellow line you can pass because it's safe there because you can see oncoming traffic for a good ways.

After a couple times listening to the video, now I see what your talking about. You passed the officer coming back over out of a turn lane to pass? Yes that’s illegal. He cut you a break, I’ve gotten frustrated and have done the exact thing on a few occasions. lol the badge has me rolling. lol 😂 you played it the perfect way though.
