Realtor here- never heard anyone who’s actually used good realtors ever complain about the commissions or arguing that realtors are “useless”. Most people only see 5% of what we do. But let them think whatever they want. Why else do you think investors with 12k properties across the US still use a realtor to buy and sell properties??😂
