The thing is, people say they are a big Empath, but being diagnosed with hyper-empathic disorder coupled with BPD & CPTSD, it's actually a living hell, & with all these posts, I truly hope some of these people truly diagnosed because I am in the 1-3% of the entire worlds population, hyper empathy is very very rare, so there's no WAY all these people are for real, they just heard words & a small description & all the sudden everyone is an Empath when most of these people are actually Narcissists or even worse covert Narcs with a huge victim mentality.

Being an empath sucks. You’re always there for others. They even use you for emotional support and then they discard you like you’re nothing. They’ll never be there for you.
