Helpful! I didn’t know there were options at Wendy’s! For a road trip, I order Jersey Mikes giant size GF sub and ask to cut in 4 pieces. Straight to the cooler and I eat that thru the day with fruit, chips, etc

I’ve had great luck with culvers. Good gluten free bun and some places have had dedicated fryers so you can sometimes get fries too! I actually really like their plain mashed potatoes and broccoli too!

I always get fries and usually at McDonald’s order a Big Mac with no bun, cut it up on put it on the fries like loaded fries.

I have to maintain a ketogenic diet for epilepsy so drive-through’s are incredibly difficult, if I know I’m going somewhere where I wanna have a burger like In-N-Out, I literally bring my own buns and ask to get the protein burger. If that’s not an option, I like you go to Wendy’s and get one of their salads. It’s the only thing I can get. Can’t have potatoes, can’t have french fries, can’t have chili, because it has beans, the salads are the only thing I can get .

I rarely eat fast food. I’ve learned to pack a cooler. The exception is in an airport. I will buy a premade safe salad usually.
