Idk if yall know this but if you shoot a couple nails through the plate to hold it in place when you lift it it helps keep it on the floor

use two nails to anchor your baseplate to the floor and act as a hinge. if you don't want holes in the subfloor then tack some end caps on to act as hinges.

To help lift the walls there’s a certain way you nail the bottom plate on the floor when you’re building it so when you lift it, it doesn’t slide off

We used a loader and I welded a pick for it which extends 20 ft so we can just tie them up and slap it together 😂
