I worked for an Auto Parts Place & delivered alot of the basic brand of oil to the mechanic shops. I saw what was going on. That's why I buy my own oil & then take my vehicle to my choice. I suggest yall do the same!!!!

I remember buying a certified used car. Took it for an oil change and the mechanic pointed out the wear on the tires and the fact they were different name brands. I took the car back to the dealership and I was told, “We can’t buy you new tires.” Oh, but you can charge me extra for the “certified used car” that was supposed to have a certain quality.

These oil change places switching to sucking it out the dip stick are a scam too. Caught them only removing half my oil. They started pulling it out and I said wait you only pulled 3 quarts? I seen the reservoir!! He said oh. I’ll put it further down. Nope!! Never again. Pull the plug

I worked at Walmart like 15 years ago and they did stuff like this when they was short but adjusted the price… they don’t even use what’s on the shelf unless they’re out in the “stock room”

That's why hand them my oil and filter right before and stand right there watching them. If I remember on time I'll mark the oil jug and filter with an X and ask for it back.

Walmart. they only have 2 oil tanksl Pennzoil 10w 30 and Pennzoil 10w 40. so if you pay for that cheap oil change or the expensive one. it's all Pennzoil. worked tire lube express for 5 years
