Maybe you should have gotten him a personal aide. CNA’s has enough to deal with on a day to day basis. They have multiple people they have to attend to and they don’t have time for a one and one 99% of the time. These family members drop off their relatives and expect a miracle from these aides. These aides are overworked and underpaid.

Yet she keeps him there, if you’re not happy with the Care that is given, move them to a different facility

It’s so hard feeding individual ppl when you have 17 to keep track of. Manegment complains when call lights aren’t answered immediately and meal aren’t passed quickly enough. Cnas cannot handle all of this. It’s so sad

I did not see any pictures of her coming to visit him and feed him and make sure that he’s cared for. Her presence is everything!!! just because you put him in a nursing home doesn’t mean that he is not still your father!!

Facilities give 12-15 patients to one caregiver… it’s sad but also we don’t have the time to do proper care…families who have this kind of concerns should get private care 1-1, or care for their loved ones themselves

A lot of yall are conditioned to think that this is ok but it’s not! I don’t care who dropped them off! This is unacceptable! ADLs says feed him not sit it by the bed then come take the tray and EAT IT!
