it's honestly so sad that this is the wages for people saving lives. I honestly dont know how you all cope! all I can I say is thank you for continuing to save lives without being compensated for it!

You’ve calculated that wrong… nhs full time hours basic hours is 162hours per month. 37.5 x 4 is 150hrs, we don’t get paid 4 weekly, I mean your not far off but that’s not accurate.

I recently dropped from top of Band 4 to top of Band 3 and my backpay will still be higher than what it would've been if I'd stayed in that role! Financially better off as B3 than B4 with the less deductions and slightly more backpay 🤯

Hi, so some of the months will be 5 weeks so it may be more accurate to x52 and then divide by 12 for the monthly amount.
