The only thing open right now is the indoor portion. And HALF of it is closed for construction. We were not told ahead of time.

My family has been going here since it opened. Never have we had any bed bugs and never has there actually been a death. This is a great family get away in TN. We live only a couple hrs from it and we love going here for a weekend getaway or a sometimes 4-5 days stay.

Parents don’t make their children follow the rules. They run up and down the halls screaming at all hours of the night. Upstairs neighbors are always a nightmare people jumping and running and wrestling. Pool and water park areas are so crowded. Not worth the price at all!
