This is a slippery slope doing this as when I started golf I hit over the top and sliced everything, slowly learned how to hit from the inside and now I hit everything in to out and unless I get it perfectly square it’s a push or hook shot every time

This drill is good, but it promotes an inside takeaway which is why people hit pull hooks after this, the noodle is literally in the way of a straight takeaway. It’s just an exaggerated feel
