That was not accidental. They just got the inner harbor cleaned out and now people are in there poisoning it again.

Ridiculous. Not only did they underreport the spill (200 gal vs. 2000) but they did not push the necessary urgency to contain it in a timely manner. Now, after YEARS of cleanup efforts that finally resulted in wildlife returning to the harbor, their negligence harms our ecosystems. The contractor, Hopkins, and all polluting oil companies need to be held liable for killing our environment.
