el punto de ebullición del agua depende de la presion y la temperatura. a 1 atmosfera ebulle a los 100°C. al disminuir la presion disminuye tambien la temperatura necesaria

je travail dans le vide et je peux vous assurer que l eau va finir par geler si la pression passe dans la game des 10-1 ou 10-2 l eau geler j était au salon du vide cette semaine à Grenoble et cette expérience faisait partie des démonstrations

al abrir el aire siempre entra a presión y lo ke hay justo debajo se ve afectado por la entrada de aire... ladealo o pon en otro lado para ver ke pasa al volver a presión normal... un saludo

This is actually an excellent experiment to prove the naysayers wrong, who think it's not boiling. Lots of people seem to think the vacuum is just ripping the O2 out because of low pressure but it's clearly not that simple. 😎
