Yeah personally if someone tells a cop that the guy is having a manic episode, maybe overwhelming the vehicle with multiple people maybe isn’t the ideal thing. Not saying he’s innocent, but weird way to handle it

as much as I get where the cops are coming from that guy in the car's right the police officer never told him what he did sure the officer said 'resisting arrest and resisting an officer' but never told him WHY he was being arrested in the first place
