Clearly people don't know dry ice is not actually ice it's solid CO2. So people if you don't know how to properly handle it or what it is maybe just don't use it, cuz we don't need people killing themselves or exploding things. I would never put dry ice in water and seal it as it can cause pressure build up making things go boom. So this should say dangerous action don't try this at home if you don't know what you're doing.

Something I've never seen or heard. Yes, I fact checked this and she's right. HOWEVER.... it is through dry ice blasting, not this method. This method removes the smell temporarily, but makes more mold faster because you're adding more moisture.

Dry ice is solid CO2… it does nothing. Don't want your car to smell? Don't put anything that smells in it, food, drink, dirty clothes, pets, etc

I can’t speak to the elimination of smell, but as a certified mold remediation company owner, I can assure you the dry ice used it in that manner does not do anything for mold. But your mechanic told you so 🤦🏻♂️
