Definitely shift the midline! Mine was the tiniest bit off and it had gradually gotten so much worse. Now it’s almost a whole tooth over and I have braces (again) to correct it

Yes I am definitely not happy with my teeth , I had surgery 3 weeks ago n they said I’d have my braces off 3 months after surgery so I’m hoping it all gets sorted !!

Do not get a root canal the pain is so bad it feels like the pain you get durning an infection it will fail and for the same price you can get a implant
