I’ve been a BC for 2 years for 23 routes and hated it. Maybe it depends on your contractor but working 7 days a week and pay was 💩 no benefits. You have to answer your phone 24/7 it was just not for me. I make more at express and tons of benefits. I don’t care to ever go back to ground I will have to find another job or transfer if my station merges.
