cow milk isnt meant for ur consumption thats why almost everyone is intolerant to it. also cows are not happy to be milked. they get graped with a catheter to impregnate them, their babies are then stolen leaving them with trauma and then milked. they do this 5-6 times until they dont fulfill their quota anymore and then brutally murdered. egg hens are one of the most abused and genetically modified animals out there. you are eating chicken menstruation. all meat industry animals are not only abused all their life and then brutally murdered, theyre genetically modified, pumped with antibiotics and b12 to make them seem healthy and they shred baby male chicken, unalive baby male cows, fish in fish pools swim in the infested water of their own dead relatives and the world wants you to believe thats normal and acceptable. there is no reason to do this btw other than taste. its proven that eating meat can cause cancer also. and the meat industry causes deforestation for animal food. abt 70% of the co² emmissions come from that. become vegan, for your health, the environment and the animals🌱
