can i run this game? i have a: 4060 8gb laptop gpu (i know its mid but i got a good deal on it) i7-14700hx 32gb ddr5 ram 900gb ssd i have already played it before with those specs and got pretty bad performance, but i was quite frankly uneducated back then and was most likely trying to play at 1600p which i now know that my gpu cant handle, but would i realistically be able to play the game with those specs at say, 1920×1200p?

please fix rtx 5080 usage, my card is always at 30% usage in 4k very high settings, because of that i get quarter of expected fps
