Wanna know something crazy. Alabama’s minimum wage is 7.25$/hr (literally) and the average starting pay for inexperienced workers is 10-11$/hr. I got my first job in Arizona, 15$/hr, full time, with 8 hours of over time guaranteed payment for by the way. And I can actually afford my own apartment with that. Crazy how me moving to a state with a higher wage, actually allows me to be somewhat be stable as I grow my experience. (I also got this job from a physical application. If you guys can please try doing them more often since you can literally hand in your resume, you’re more likely to get a job, this is coming from someone with over 100 online applications put in and the only job I got through a physical application you got this!)

Right after covid we where starting to get better pay and benefits. Then bunch of new workers came across the border and that was the end of that.
