Recipe!! Jambalaya Alfredo!! Ingredients. 1 Pack of Boneless Chicken thighs 3lbs of Raw Peeled Shrimp (any size) 2lbs of crawfish, 2 packs of smoked sausage. I used Conecuh sausages and regular smoked sausages. 1 onion, 3 colorful bell peppers, 2 packs of linguine noodles, 2 tbs of tomato paste, 64oz of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbs of minced garlic, 7oz container of whipped cream cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. Seasonings: Slap ya mama, nature’s seasoning, Accent, paprika, Old bay, garlic powder, and onion powder. Directions: Season your chicken thighs with 2 tbs of slap ya mama, Accent, paprika, nature’s seasoning, garlic powder and old bay. Next season your crawfish with old bay seasoning and set it aside. Season your shrimp with Old bay and paprika. Then set it aside. I cooked my shrimp in the air fryer on 385 for 8 minutes. Sauté your crawfish in butter for 2 minutes and set it aside. Don’t over cook the crawfish. In a skillet, add 3 tbs of butter and cook your sausages. In a different skillet add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Let it get hot and place your chicken thighs in skillet. Cook them on each side for 5 minutes then remove it from the skillet. Add it to a baking pan with a little chicken broth and bake it on 350 for 30 minutes. Once done you’re going to chop your chicken into pieces. Next, you’re going to sauté your veggies in butter. In a pot, add 64 ounces of heavy whipping cream. Next add 7 ounces of whipped cream cheese, 1 tbs of minced garlic, 2 tbs of tomato paste, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. Whisk everything together. Make sure you don’t have any chunks in your sauce. Now you want to season your sauce. Add some nature’s seasoning, paprika, slap ya mama, accent, and old bay. Be sure to taste it. Be sure to boil your pasta noodles. Now, add your veggies, sausage, chicken, shrimp, and crawfish. Now add your cooked noodles. I didn’t put all my meat in the sauce. I saved some to add on top of the pasta. Now you can plate it up and enjoy!
