I agree I am in rehab scince yesterday and my depression almost disappeared. I accept that I will never drink anything again or abuse substances I don't even want to anymore. I may even get fired after this rehab but I don't care I am just happy that I can live again. I hope I meet new people that don't want to only drink alcohol and I better myself and that I can finally forgive myself. Get help it WILL help you
