I have B12 deficiency and have since I was pregnant. my son more than likely is deficient too. all of that to say, this did nothing to help my child. b vitamins are not going to cause a night and day difference. he does still get them bc b vitamins are beneficial (B6 can be toxic though). this contains b9 and B12.
