After closing earlier this year due to redevelopment, they’ve locked in a ten-year lease in the old Xing Fu Tang spot and are here to stay. Expect all your Paragon faves - stone-milled matcha, hojicha, teaspresso drinks, and bubble waffles - plus new pastries on the way. If all goes to plan, the new space is set to open around mid-September.
