for everyone wondering about the egg yolk, it helps with the heat of the sauce and makes the ramen "moist" and not dry and VERY good. i once made ramen without the yolk and it was the end of the world for me (did not taste that good and was in the toilet for almost a hour)👍

hey cool tip! Mix everything in before you add the hot water, your sauce will be a lot more creamy and wont look broken apart

I’m good without the raw eggs tho. 😭 I don’t even eat sunny sided eggs- it always needs to be fully cooked. 😂I can try the rest tho.
