The HOA isn't going to pay for the lawsuit if someone drowns in his pool. The HOA's rule will not prevent a kid from crawling over a 4 foot fence. HOAs have got to get a grip.

Probably a corner property and 6ft fence blocks safe view of vehicle traffic. Also unsafe. Besides that, a 4ft fence would have worked just as well. Guy wanted privacy, not safety as a priority.

My HOA has the water shut off behind a pin code and refused to give it to me. I asked them to provide me written notice that they would be liable for leaks. They gave me the code. Tell them you want it in writing that they are liable for any pool related deaths
