if anyone else was off work this long they'd be sacked. best thing to do is save negotiations money and go to court to get the right to sack them approved and get workers that will actually do the job.

I cannot believe that people aren't aware of how strikes work. The workers can't be sacked when on strike and they also get paid by their union whilst on strike. Come on people, read a book, it won't hurt.
