hi i came to this vid as you just replied to my comment on another vid you made, i have closed comodones all over my chin and they are quite large, i believe its hormonal. as aegles are out of stock and i want to take something as soon as possible, would you recommend taking just zinc 15mg supplements once a day instead? love you advice so much!!!

Make sure you’re getting enough vit K if you’re taking vit D, otherwise calcium will not be distributed properly in the body and there might be calcifications, which is very dangerous.

Okay question if you’re already taking retinoids and then added vitamin A, could you get Vit A overload? End up with Vit A toxicity?
