@weiting_room: Recipe (1 adult + 1 kid): Ingredients: * 120g minced meat (pork/chicken) * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce * White pepper * Water * 1 tsp chicken powder * 150g mee tai mak * Salt to taste * Chopped spring onion (optional) * Fried shallot (opyional) * Veg of choice (e.g. a handful of bok choy or beansprouts) Instructions: 1. Heat some oil in a pot. Add minced meat and stir-fry till cooked. 2. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper. 3. Pour in 2 cups of water, add chicken powder and bring to a boil. 4. Add mee tai mak and veg of choice simmer for 2-3 mins until soft. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. Top with chopped spring onions and fried shallot.
