you can't record or go inside any facility your not working at. many places with patted stuff is secured and everyone who's hired has to sign they'll never tell the instructions, material or recipe or get prosecuted. tryn record patted sht is basically like spying. this isn't an authorized nor public place. You can't be childish and tell someone they being childish and tell them they lying without knowing themselves. most audit people research investigate and proceed with knowledge beforehand. this is no different then someone watching YouTube and do it on a random place saying the obvious stuff and questioning whatever dude says instead of backing it
