This happened with my gf. Crunch basically just said the system was down everytime she tried to cancel. Finally i called the gym for her and told them its bs and they’re scamming and told them i’d file a formal complaint and highkey acted like a karen. They canceled it right away. I was sarcastic too. I was like “so it was just that easy?”. I swear the gyms tell the employees to never let anyone cancel.
