don't join dc9 local 1087 it's a scam. they keep skipping the names on the out of work list and give the work to their guys they keep you home for months it's all about favoritism DC9 local 1087 is an unfair union I wouldn't recommend this union to anyone.but they expect us to keep paying our union dues weather your working or not yeah what a scam it's a shame how we get treated. no future with this union . We lose our health benefits because we can't make the hours we need to get our health benefits. because they are giving the work to their guys. how are we supposed to support our families when they keep giving the work to their guys.
