This cop is lying. Cops lie and violate people's Constitutional rights everyday. Soliciting a trespass, no RAS, no probable cause. Detaining someone then trying to find a crime is guilty until proven innocent.

all the information he’s alluded to must be written in his report, from there your lawyer, if they’re good, will tear him apart and the department apart. and the station owners plus the accuser can also be brought in not only for questioning but also named in the lawsuit
