I see them as an old married couple therefore I’m pushing their love story all the way back to the 1700s and they fall in love during the American Revolution. I’m basing off of the fact the tricolor flag has been a thing since the 1700s. I know it’s not representing the Rus we know today but TECHNICALLY it is still the same flag. So that’s my excuse for them being in love that far back lol. I simply see them as an old married couple that have been married for centuries that threaten to nuke the other off the face of the earth but are very much in love and soul bound 💖.
