My newborn got her first cold when she 3 weeks old (2 older siblings) I used the aspirator, gave her shots of colostrum that I saved in the freezer and fed her lots. She only had a stuffy nose and a bit of a cough. Did take her to our family doctor to check her lungs and chest.
