Amazon makes new policies and rules when they want too on the daily! Leadership are all brainwashed. They're all trained in Seattle for 2 weeks. All policies are a fireable offense if broken!

After working for KSBD for 4yrs Amazon fired me after my medical leave was denied over a month later. So cuz of that I went negative 7hrs. DLS needs to get better. Yes they had all my notes same as I've turned in ,in the past but that one time they didn't want to except it but it took them over a month to deny.

You gotta love it when people who get fired tell you their side of the story, but there’s always another side that they just don’t wanna talk about. 99% of all people fired in Amazon it is well deserved.

I worked at amazon DEN4 Colorado springs. I was terminated for neg UPT I had a medical condition and was trying to get intermittent time ..I received 2 doctors notes clearing me of the absences I took plus my primary filled out information. I went to the appels process and it failed me because the 3 people on the panel was not allowed to see the documents I summited to DLS. they upheld said termination. I worked for amazon 2 yrs and not one senior VP would call or come out and talked to me when I showed up at the facility. amazon has decided not to pay my unemployment. so it's been in review for a month. I'm assuming I will have to appeal that decision. I'm going on a month of zero income and I may loose my home in the process and my storage unit because of this. I understand why people at amazon are fighting for a union and fighting for their own rights . I wanted to share my story here at DEN4

I can confirm all amazons should be unionized and held accountable. It’s a multimillion dollar company. They need to learn how to promote with in, not by favouritism but by loyalty
