but as far as insurance goes you might be right that they won't pay out but for the wrong reason. insurance doesn't have to pay when somebody intentionally causes an accident but the driver of that white pickup is still 100% liable for all the damages

bro the guysaid the truck at the start was going over to pass he was clearly cut off and went over not to pass but because he got ran off the road which is why he passed the other one so it would be safer the second time 100 percent the blue trucks fault

it boils down to what actually caused the accident and it was caused by the white truck eventually running the dark blue and off the road which caused damage to not only the dark blue truck but two semis as well so the white truck is 100% liable and it looks like they kept going also making it a hit and run so I hope they got the guy.
