@traveltomtom: This was fun!!! if you’re looking for cool places to eat and for restaurants that have delicious yakitori then go to Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku, Tokyo! it used to be an illegal drinking place back in the days when there was war. But now it turned into a lively street with loads of cozy hidden gems, hole in the walls, bars and restaurants! Definitely a travel tip for when you visit Tokyo!
