You gotta put on the eyelash fixer first so the magnet doesnt slide off your real lashes. If you have asian lashes like me, it wont last long unless you put on the fixer first, that will hold your magnetic lashes in place because it hardens up your real lashes

curl ur lashes, apply fixer/mascara, make sure they aren’t upside down, and get it as close to the lid as possible

U need the clear mascara to make your lashes extend out then clip it gently but directly on the innerpart of the lash

The same thing happed to me if you look close at the lash magnets on it you will see one side is just magnets and the other has lashes on the magnets make sure the magnets without lashes are facing up!😁
