This only teaches your baby that they don’t matter 💔 and even if they do their long survival cry no one is coming to get them 💔 really look into the trauma it does the baby’s, we are the only things on this world that gets told to sleep train and to leave our babys to cry! It’s wrong, a mother dog,cat,horse,cow as soon as they hear their baby’s cry they go straight to them… why should we not why do we leave ours! It’s not healthy it’s not how it should be, leasts fix what we have all been told and meet our baby’s needs ❤️

When I tell you am so conflicted “don’t co-sleep” “ don’t sleep train” am sick of this shit. All I do is sit in a dark room bouncing a baby 3hrs at a time. No food or water, no sleep and my back collapsed. Let’s just encourage people in what’s best for mom.
