I’d like to share a simple practice that can significantly improve your experience with aphantasia,so much so that it may stop being a noticeable issue in your daily life.
The practice is swimming breaststroke. If you can commit to doing it at least five times a week, you’ll begin to notice a powerful shift.
Aim for 30 minutes a session, but feel free to start with just 5 or 10 minutes and build up gradually. While swimming, focus especially on fully extending your arm movements and taking deep, regular breaths.
Consistency is key,and the benefits will speak for themselves.
