#timothyronald #drtirta #tidur #fyp #foryourpage

Replying to @ambar Elasticity isn’t built by moving slowly. It’s built by teaching your body to store and release force the way it was designed to. As @anatomytrainsofficial has pointed out, you don’t develop elasticity in the yoga studio. You develop it on the athletic field. Athletic movement requires tissue to absorb force eccentrically, store that energy throughout the fascial network, and then release it concentrically in a coordinated sequence. That’s where real elasticity comes from. The problem is that most people today aren’t ready for that. Years of sitting, repetitive movement, chronic stress, injuries, and pain leave the body compressed, asymmetrical, and poorly organized. Throwing someone straight into explosive training at that point doesn’t build resilience. It often exposes weaknesses and increases the likelihood of tendon, ligament, or joint injuries because the body has no foundation to distribute those forces efficiently. This is where @functionalpatterns comes in. The goal isn’t simply to move explosively. The goal is to progressively earn the ability to move explosively. We first restore posture, breathing, and balance with the @10weekonlineprogram Then we layer in progressively greater eccentric and concentric loading through the entire body, integrating muscles and fascia into coordinated movement patterns with the @functionaltraining.system As your structure improves, the speed, force, and athleticism can increase without sacrificing mechanical integrity. In other words, we’re not just chasing stronger muscles. We’re developing an elastic human system. The end goal isn’t to become good at exercises. It’s to become the kind of human who can sprint, throw, jump, cut, rotate, and absorb force the way our species evolved to. FP provides the progression that bridges the gap between a sedentary body and an athletic one, allowing you to build elasticity safely instead of hoping your body can handle it. Athleticism isn’t something you’re just born with or lose forever. It’s something you progressively rebuild, one movement at a time. We have the @fp.evidence to prove we can help you. #functionalpatterns #fpisthestandard #postur
