What a BEAUTIFUL car, i have an S210 e290td Avantgarde and the interieror is as beautiful as yours but im amazed by how beautiful your one is from the outside. there isnt a lot of almost rust free ones in europe

rear fog light is probably possible to douple, other side may only need a bulb.

In mine there is an air vent in center console. I've used it to keep a can of soda cool for later!

I would sand that passenger side and condo and paint it now... or get a body shop to do it. Waiting any longer and whole fender will be destroyed. that is the rust you can see ...it is much bigger than what is showing... alot like mold on bread.
