it probably is more likely a costly repair of some kind. something that won't pass an inspection, therefore anyone who wants it would have to pay cash rather than mortgage it. probably a crumbling foundation or something. plumbing issue, mold, or termite infestation.

Could be a major foundation problem, termites plus more. Everything is wood inside, so termites and bad foundation could be a big possibility.

usually "haunted houses" these days increase the price. It probably has problems but much worse than ghosts. Probably something with the structure. Probably foundation problems. 😬
